Results of TrailTrophy

Facing best bike-weather throughout the three-days-event, the TrailTrophy Latsch was a big success for all. More than 320 participants started – 277 riders were ranked in the result list at the end. Best time overall was realised by local rider Philip Walder (Propain Factory Racing Team). He was 28 seconds ahead Urs Stadelmann (Velothek Kalag 1), 3rd place was taken by Tommy Umbreit (Redheads Team & Friends).

Last weekend, for the first time, the TrailTrophy series arrived in Harz. More than 240 participantes  Über 240 Teilnehmer started on Saturday, 20th June,  in St. Andreasberg and on Sunday (21.06.) in Braunlage. Having been so dry as to be dusty in the days leading up to the competition, come Saturday things got underway in cold, wet conditions.
 

Enduro racing instead of Downhill-Worldcup overseas: That was the slogan for Liteville team rider Jasper Jauch (GER/ The Hive/e*thirteen) at the last weekend. Although is was not that steep racing course in every section at Kronplatz, Jasper Jauch realised a comfortable margin: With his total time of 35:05 minutes he had a amargin of 1:05 minutes to his team mate Nathaniel Goiny (GER/The Hive/e*thirteen), 3rd place was taken by Jakob Breitwieser (GER/ The Hive/e*thirteeen). The best time of women was done by Stephanie Frank (GER/WOMB Girlsridetoo.de) – as winner of the Pro Class Women she was one minute faster than Ricky Westphal (GER/Team Crankbrothers). 

The Lenzerheide TrailTrophy powered by transalpes.com was the final stop of this year’s first ever five-stop TrailTrophy Series, totalling a ‘record’ 13 ridden stages across the whole series. Overall wins were realised by Claudio Loureiro (POR/Tugas Terror) and Franziska Meyer (GER/FOX). Loureiro won the Rider Class Men in 36:03 minutes in front of Martin Klauber (GER/Geländefahrradfreunde Westallgäu) and Kai Wendschuh (GER/n8tive factory enduro team). Franziska Meyer was fastest women in 42:48 minutes; she won the Pro Class Women in front of Sandra Börner (SUI/Transalpes Factory Team) and Nadja Bürgi (SUI/bike-components).
